Most recently he has managed the Supply Chain and Customer Care teams for Orthofix helping lead the groups through two financial restatements while preparing for an Oracle ERP reimplementation and kept turnover below 8%. Dutch has a passion for employee development, industrial psychology, and customer focused teams.
