Richard Oleson

Richard W. Oleson is the Director of Distribution for Patterson Medical Inc., a leading global healthcare provider of rehabilitation, assistive and splinting products.  Mr. Oleson has 30 years of experience leading global Supply Chain operations, international transportation, and trade initiatives.  Prior to joining Patterson, Mr. Oleson was the Director of Supply Chain Management at Fresenius-Kabi, a manufacturer of generic intravenous drugs for critically ill patients and related medical devices.  During his tenure, he successfully led Supply Chain migration and stabilization strategies in the U.S. and EMEA during the Fenwal business unit divesture from Baxter Healthcare, and more recently successfully re-engineered the U.S. medical device logistics network lowering costs and driving customer delivery improvements.  Prior to that, Mr. Oleson was the Director of Operations for a major global 3rd Party contract logistics company managing a variety of activities including the development and maintenance of customer focused logistics excellence programs, new customer transitions and integrations along with special project implementations.
