• What business benefits can your company realize with UDI?
• Exploring how UDI can support visibility, better stakeholder collaboration, business intelligence, returns and inventory management, and other supply chain transformations
• Taking the steps necessary to implement and utilize the full benefits of UDI
A task force is a facilitated large-group discussion amongst 20 – 30 people. The facilitator works with the participants to identify 5 strategies/takeaways that each person can implement at their office to solve the challenge. A group conference call will be scheduled 6 months after the event for participants to reconnect and assess how the strategies are faring. A private LinkedIn group will also be created for ongoing communication.
